Europipe, Severstal, OMK to sell 1 bln euro pipes to South Stream
MOSCOW, Jan 29 (PRIME) -- Netherland’s South Stream Transport B.V has signed 1 billion euros worth of agreements for the supply of 75,000 12-meter pipes for the first branch of South Stream gas pipeline, Russian natural gas giant Gazprom, the project’s core shareholder, said Wednesday.
Germany’s Europipe will supply 50% of the volume, while Russia’s United Metallurgical Company (OMK) and steelmaker Severstal will supply 35% and 15%, respectively.
